The format
Each part of the app follows CCI Paris Île-de-France’s format and timing, so practice feels like the test day.

Google Play list prices in Canada. Google Play shows the price for your country, and whether the free trial applies to you, before you confirm. The iPhone and iPad version is not in the App Store yet; Apple will show its price there at launch. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in your store account. With the free trial, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Each app has its own subscription: Premium in the TCF Canada app does not unlock the TEF Canada app, or the reverse.

On Google Play in Canada, Premium costs C$9.99 for 1 month, C$19.99 for 3 months or C$39.99 for 12 months. Only the 3-month plan has a 7-day free trial, for eligible new subscribers. The iPhone and iPad version is not in the App Store yet; Apple will show its price there at launch. Outside Canada, the store shows your local price before you confirm.
In section A you ask questions to get information; in section B you try to convince the examiner. The AI examiner plays that person and answers through your phone’s French voice. Your speech becomes text on your phone, and only that text is sent to generate the examiner’s replies, after you agree to the AI speaking consent.

No. Speech is transcribed on your device, the audio is never saved or uploaded, and no voiceprint is created. You can also type your answers.
No. Each app has its own subscription. If you switch tests, cancel in your store account and subscribe in the other app.
