What you can ask
- Whether we hold any personal information about you (we hold no user database; most data stays on your device).
- To withdraw consent for AI feedback or voice practice. You can also do this yourself in the app under Settings > Privacy Center.
- Questions about our Privacy Policy, Biometric Information Policy or the AI provider that processes text you send for feedback.
- A complaint. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, in Quebec, the Commission d’accès à l’information.
We reply within 30 days.
