What you can ask
- Whether we hold any personal information about you (we hold no user database; most data stays on your device).
- To withdraw consent for AI feedback, voice practice or usage statistics. In the app you can turn usage statistics off in Settings, and in versions 1.2.8 and earlier also withdraw AI or voice consent under Settings > Privacy Center.
- Questions about our Privacy Policy, Biometric Information Policy or the AI provider that processes text you send for feedback.
- A complaint. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, in Quebec, the Commission d’accès à l’information.
We reply within 30 days.
