Delete your data
NCLC Ready has no accounts, so there is no account to close. Your practice data lives on your device, and you can erase it yourself at any time.
- Open the app and go to Settings > Privacy Center.Tap Delete everything and confirm. This erases your progress, answers, saved essays and transcripts, settings and consent records from the device.
- Or uninstall the app.Removing the app deletes its data from your phone or tablet. Backups you made yourself (for example an exported file) are yours to delete.
- Cancel a subscription separately.Deleting data or the app does not cancel a subscription. Manage it in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

What about data on our servers?
- We keep no user database. Text you choose to send for AI feedback passes through our server to the AI provider and is not stored by us.
- The only server record is a weekly usage counter keyed by a one-way hash of your subscription ID. It cannot identify you without Apple or Google data and deletes itself after 8 days.
- Your voice is never recorded or uploaded. Speech is transcribed on your device.
